With more than 20 years of experience in accounting, human resources, and business operations, Tia Winch founded Winch Accounting with a mission to help nonprofits and small businesses achieve financial clarity, stability, and growth.
Throughout her career, Tia has led financial operations across a variety of organizations, combining strong technical accounting expertise with strategic business insight. Her background includes more than a decade of nonprofit finance and leadership experience, as well as 13 years in accounting with a Fortune 500 corporation. This diverse experience gives her a unique understanding of the financial challenges and opportunities facing mission-driven organizations and growing businesses alike.
Tia specializes in financial reporting, budgeting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and operational planning. She is passionate about helping nonprofit leaders and small business owners make informed decisions by providing accurate financial information, practical guidance, and dependable support.
